Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2 to 15 working days.
Delivery Window: Our courier partners deliver between Monday and Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Exclusions: Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays.
External Factors: Please note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or unexpected carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once the package ships, customers receive tracking info. You can also track orders via the "My Orders" section at nuvyhealthcare.com/my-account.
Cancellation Fee
₹100 flat fee is charged for any order cancellation or product return.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our healthcare products, returns for Diapers and Disposable Surgical items are subject to the following safety protocols:
1. Hygiene Seal Requirement
Returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original, unopened, and untampered packaging.
2. Usage Policy
Any product that has been tried on, used, or removed from its sterile packaging cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Quality Inspection
All returned diapers and disposables will undergo a rigorous inspection at our facility. If the packaging is found to be soiled, dampened, or crushed, the return will be rejected, and the ₹100 processing fee will still apply to the logistics cost.
4. Incorrect Size/Product
If you have received the wrong size or product, please do not open the pack. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange for the correct item.
